Admission Process.
- Application Form (with personal, educational, and contact details)
- Admission Offer Letter / Provisional Admission Letter
- Undertaking by Student & Parent (discipline, attendance, anti-ragging, fee commitment, etc.)
- Fee Receipt / Payment Records
- Identity Proof & Address Proof copies – Adhaar Card.
- Previous Education Certificates & Mark sheets ( of the qualification as per the eligibility criteria )
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
Admission Procedure
Application for admission to the course should be made in prescribed Application form, which is attached with the prospectus.
Application Forms Properly & Correctly filled in block letters should be sent along with prescribed Registration fee.
Candidate seeking admission to the course should attach the following documents with the Application form.
Documents to be attached with the application form :
- Date of Birth Proof i.e. S.S.C. Certificate/ Leaving Certificate (Self attested copies).
- ITI / Diploma / Degree Marksheet (self-attested copies).
- Original Character Certificate/ Leaving Certificate.
- Medical Certificate duly filled & Signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner
- Passport size photograph.
- Adhar card for the proof of Residence.
- Undertaking by Student & Parent (discipline, attendance, anti-ragging, fee commitment, etc.) enclosed th prescribed format.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE” is the principle adopted by the authority of the Institute while providing admission to the selected candidates. In case a candidate deserves admission but due to the unavailability of seats he is not admitted, in such case the student can reserve their seat for the next session by depositing prescribed fees in advance to secure their seats.
In case a student does not receive any information regarding his or her admission within 20 days after the submission of complete application form, he or she should immediately contact with the Institute authority either personally or through correspondence.

- From the Student:
- I shall abide by all rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the Institute/University.
- I will maintain discipline, punctuality, and attend the required number of lectures/practicals as per University/Institute norms.
- I shall not indulge in any act of indiscipline, misconduct, ragging, harassment, or unlawful activity inside or outside the campus.
- I understand that ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under law, and I undertake not to indulge in it in any manner.
- I shall pay all fees and dues on time as per the schedule given by the Institute.
- I will respect the faculty, staff, and fellow students and maintain the dignity of the Institute.
- I understand that violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, or legal action.
8 Risk Coverage Clause – I understand that during the course of study, I may be required to participate in practical training, industrial visits, study tours, internships, or other activities. I undertake that I shall participate at my own risk, and the Institute/University shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage occurring during such activities, I also undertake to arrange for my own medical and risk insurance coverage, if necessary.

Undertaking From the Parent/Guardian

- I shall ensure that my ward abides by all the rules and regulations of the Institute.
- I shall be responsible for timely payment of fees and other dues of my ward.
- I shall cooperate with the Institute in monitoring the academic progress, discipline, and attendance of my ward.
- I understand the consequences of indiscipline, misconduct, or ragging, and I undertake to support the Institute in taking necessary action if
my ward is found guilty.
- I shall keep the Institute informed of any change in address/contact details during the course of study.
