Course Duration:

Eligibility:

  • ITI – Freshers
  • Field Assistant with 6 months of Experience

Course Objective:

Training program is to equip technicians with the knowledge and skills required for effective maintenance, and repair of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV). The program focuses on ensuring that technicians can reduce equipment downtime, enhancing operational efficiency, and prolonging the life of machines through best practices in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques.

2. Advance Coaching Program

Course Objectives:

  • This unit aims to enhance participants’ skills in the repair, diagnosis, disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aggregates, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. 
  • The training emphasizes following proper procedures and standards as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 
  • Learners will gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure precise troubleshooting, accurate fault rectification, and efficient system restoration, meeting the highest industry standards for quality and safety.

Eligibility:

Min. 2-3 year Field Experience 

Duration:

5 – 10 Days based on the course.

Course Outcomes:

Upon completing this unit, participants will gain the skills to effectively troubleshoot issues, use diagnostic tools, interpret schematic diagrams, and perform major overhauls as per OEM standards. Course Objective:

The Refresher and Certification Program for Machine Operators aims to enhance the skills, knowledge, and safety practices of experienced operators while providing them with updated certifications in compliance with industry standards. This program is tailored to improve operational efficiency, reduce equipment wear and tears, and ensure safe handling of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) and other equipment.

Key Objectives

  1. Skill Enhancement: Reinforce core operating techniques to maximize productivity and minimize operational errors.
  2. Safety and Compliance: Refresh knowledge of workplace safety standards and safe equipment handling practices, reducing accidents and liability risks.
