1. Coaching  For Freshers : On Machines

Foundation And Orientation Program — Basic Maintenance Practice & Running Repairs

Course Objectives:

At this training program, the learner should be able to Assist in performing under guidance of Sr. Mechanics / Site Supervisors:

  • Daily and routine maintenance
  • Removal of the defective components, rectification and re- assembly.
  • Basic troubleshooting and running repairs.

Job Role:

  • Asst. Mechanic – Freshers
  • Technicians with 0–1-year Experience

Course Duration:

8 Days

  • Theory – Classroom
  • Practical – On  Machine

Course Outcome:

    • Technicians will be skilled in routine maintenance, basic repairs, and safety protocols. They will acquire practical experience to efficiently maintain and repair equipment, reducing downtime and prolonging machinery lifespan.


2. Coaching  For Freshers : On Dumpers

Foundation And Orientation Program – Dumper / Tipper  Technology

Course Objectives:

The course is designed to provide learners with essential skills and knowledge for maintaining and repairing dumper machinery. Participants will learn to perform daily and routine maintenance, remove and rectify defective components, and conduct basic troubleshooting and running repairs. 

Job Roles:

  • Asst. Mechanic – Freshers
  • Technicians with 0–1-year Experience

Course Duration:

8 Days

  • Theory –Classroom
  • Practical – On  Dumpers

Course Outcome:

  • Through hands-on training under the guidance of experienced professionals, learners will gain practical experience and ensure the effective operation of Dumpers

3. Coaching Senior Staffs : Aggregates Repairs 

Offered Courses: 

  • Engine Troubleshooting / Repair 
  • Transmission Troubleshooting / Repair 
  • Hydraulic Troubleshooting & Repair 
  • Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic Troubleshooting and Repairs.

 Course Objectives:

This unit aims to enhance participants’ skills in the repair, diagnosis, disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aggregates, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. 

The training emphasizes following proper procedures and standards as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 

Learners will gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure precise troubleshooting, accurate fault rectification, and efficient system restoration, meeting the highest industry standards for quality and safety.

Course Content:

  • Design and functionality of aggregate components
  • Disassemble and reassemble aggregates
  • Adhere to OEM repair procedures
  • Identify and select correct spare parts
  • Use standard tools, measuring devices, and torque equipment
  • Conduct aggregate failure analysis
  • Trace faults and make necessary adjustments

Eligibility:

Min. 2-3 year Field Experience 

Duration:

5 – 10 Days based on the course.

Course Outcome:

To Develop a comprehensive  skill set for troubleshooting , using diagnostic tools,  understanding schematic  diagrams, and carrying out  major overhauls according to  Original Equipment  Manufacturer (OEM) standards.


4. Coaching  Machine Operators: 

Refresher Course for Operators

  • Excavator
  • Wheel Loader
  • Grader  
  • Dumpers / Tippers

Course Objectives:

The goal is to improve operators’ skills and knowledge in the maintenance and efficient operation of heavy machinery. This course focuses on best practices and the latest machinery technology to ensure optimal performance and durability of HEMM equipment.

Job Role:

Machine Operators with Minimum of  6 months Experience.

Course Duration:

3-6 Days (Theory  +  Practical)

This training program ensures that customers benefit from increased efficiency, reduced downtime, improved safety, and extended equipment life, leading to a significant return on investment..
