Foundation and Orientation Program – Machine Technology 


Module: Basic Maintenance Practice + Running Repairs

Course Objective
This program is designed to provide participants with fundamental knowledge and hands-on skills in Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
Learners will be able to assist under the guidance of senior mechanics/site supervisors in:

  • Performing daily and routine maintenance
  • Removing, rectifying, and re-assembling defective components
  • Carrying out basic troubleshooting and running repairs

 Job Role

  • Assistant Mechanic 
  • Technicians with 0–1 year of experience

Course Duration – 8 Days

  • Classroom Training (Theory) – Fundamentals of HEMM Technology
  • On-Machine Practical Sessions – Hands-on maintenance & repair

 Course Outcome
By the end of the program, learners will:

  • Be skilled in routine maintenance and basic repair practices
  • Understand and apply safety protocols during maintenance & repair work
  • Gain practical, real-world experience on HEMM machines
  • Develop the ability to reduce downtime and extend machinery lifespan through effective maintenance.

Foundation and Orientation Program

Course Objective
This program equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge required for maintenance and repair of dumper machinery. Participants will learn how to:

  • Carry out daily and routine maintenance
  • Remove, rectify, and reassemble defective components
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and running repairs effectively

Course Duration – 8 Days

  • Classroom Sessions (Theory): Fundamentals of Dumper / Tipper Technology
  • On-Machine Practical Training: Hands-on learning with Dumpers

Course Outcome
On successful completion of this program, learners will:

  • Gain practical experience in dumper operation and upkeep
  • Be skilled in routine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Understand safety protocols and best practices on site
  • Be job-ready to assist senior mechanics and site supervisors in ensuring efficient and safe dumper operation

  • Engine Troubleshooting / Repair 
  • Transmission Troubleshooting / Repair 
  • Hydraulic Troubleshooting & Repair 
  • Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic Troubleshooting and Repairs.

Objective: This unit aims to enhance participants’ skills in the repair, diagnosis, disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aggregates, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. 

The training emphasizes following proper procedures and standards as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 

Learners will gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure precise troubleshooting, accurate fault rectification, and efficient system restoration, meeting the highest industry standards for quality and safety.

Course Content

  • Design and functionality of aggregate components
  • Disassemble and reassemble aggregates
  • Adhere to OEM repair procedures
  • Identify and select correct spare parts
  • Use standard tools, measuring devices, and torque equipment
  • Conduct aggregate failure analysis
  • Trace faults and make necessary adjustments

Eligibility : Min. 2-3 year Field Experience 

Duration: – 5 – 10 Days based on the course.

Course Outcomes: To Develop a comprehensive  skill set for troubleshooting , using diagnostic tools,  understanding schematic  diagrams, and carrying out  major overhauls according to  Original Equipment  Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

Course : Refresher Course for Operators

  • Excavator
  • Wheel Loader
  • Grader  
  • Dumpers / Tippers

Course Objective The goal is to improve operators’ skills and knowledge in the maintenance and efficient operation of heavy machinery. This course focuses on best practices and the latest machinery technology to ensure optimal performance and durability of HEMM equipment.

Course Out Come :

  • This training program ensures that customers benefit from increased efficiency, reduced downtime, improved safety, and extended equipment life, leading to a significant return on investment..

Job Role
Machine Operators with Minimum of  6 months Experience.

Course Duration –3-6 Days

  • Theory  +  Practical.
