1. Level 3 Programs
Courses:
- Jr. Backhoe Loader – Q0102
- Jr. Excavator Operator -Q0104
- Hydra Crane Operator- IESC /Q0108
- Wheel Mounted Crane Operator. IESC /Q0109
Educational Qualification:
- 8th -12th Pass
Duration:
5-6 Weeks (Each Course)
Course Objective:
This unit provides Fresher learners with the essential knowledge, and skills pre-operation checks, By understanding equipment functionality and safety protocols, trainees will ensure smooth and efficient machine performance in various work environments.
Course Outcomes:
At this training program, the learner should be able to:
- Assist in carrying out pre-operation checks of Machine/Crane
- Assist in Machine /Crane operations.
- Assist in regular maintenance of Machines/Cranes
- Comply with worksite health and safety guidelines.
2. Level 4 Programs
Courses:
- Backhoe Loader –IESC / Q0101
- Excavator Operator -IESC /Q0103
- Hydra Crane Operator- IESC /Q0108
- Tyre Mounted Crane Operator- IESC /Q0109
Educational Qualification:
- 8th -12th Pass with minimum 6 months of Field Experience
Duration:
3-4 Days Rectification Program (Each Course)
Course Objective :
The Refresher and Certification Program for Machine Operators aims to enhance the skills, knowledge, and safety practices of experienced operators while providing them with updated certifications and RTO License, in compliance with industry standards. This program is tailored to improve operational efficiency, reduce equipment wear and tear, and ensure safe handling of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) and other equipment
- Skill Enhancement: Reinforce core operating techniques to maximize productivity and minimize operational errors.
- Safety and Compliance: Refresh knowledge of workplace safety standards and safe equipment handling practices, reducing accidents and liability risks.
- Equipment Familiarization: Update participants on the latest features, technologies, and functionalities of modern machinery and operational limitations.
- Customized Learning: Address specific gaps in knowledge or skills identified during performance reviews.
- Certification Upgrade: Provide certifications (aligned with NSQF/IESC standards) to validate the operator’s competence
Theory and Practical Class:
- Theory part will be conducted in classroom
- Practical training on Machine + Simulator
