1. Advance Foundation Course
Education Qualification:
- BE/Diploma Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic & Automobile)
- I.T.I. – Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mech /Auto Electrician / Fitter / Electrician.
Commencement date: June & November
Course Duration : – 4 Months + 2 Month On site Training
Course Objective :
The course aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and vehicles commonly used in construction, road building, stone and mineral crushing, and heavy commercial applications.

2.Graduates (Non-Technical)
Maintenance practice & Repairs of HEMM used in construction, road building, Stone & Mineral Crushing Machineries & Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
Commence date : January & August
Course Duration : – 4 Months
Education Qualification/ Eligibility:-
- Graduates : Bachelors of Arts / Commerce / Science.
Course Objective:-
The program is tailored to provide non-technical graduates with a foundational understanding of heavy machinery systems and practical skills required for maintenance and repair. The key objectives are:
- Basic Engineering Drawings
- Simplified Introduction to Vehicle/Machine Concepts
- Familiarization with Industry Operations
- Basic Understanding of Machinery Systems
- Hands-On Practice with Essential Tools
- Basic Awareness of Safety Practices
Course Outcomes:
This program prepares non-technical graduates to contribute effectively to the operation, maintenance, and repair of HEMM and heavy commercial vehicles, bridging the gap between non-technical backgrounds and technical job roles.
Opportunities:Entry-level positions candidates to work as Field Assistants/Junior Parts Assistants /Junior Warranty Assistants, and Junior Service Advisors with leading OEMs and dealerships, providing them with a pathway to build a career in the automotive and construction machinery industry both in India and abroad

3. Orientation Foundation program (Under Graduates/ITI)
Basic Maintenance practice & Running Repairs of HEMM Machinery / Heavy Commercial Vehicles
Commence date : January, April, July, October
Course Duration : – 6 Weeks
Education Qualification/ Eligibility:-
- I.T.I. – Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mech /Auto Electrician / Fitter / Electrician.
- Diploma – Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical and Electronics / Mechatronics.
Course Objective:-The program is tailored to equip participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on skills in machine / truck technology,
- Introduction to Vehicle/Machine Concepts
- Basic preventive System
- Introduction to Drive line / Electrical / Hydraulic / Brake and Chassis system.
- To Carry out basic running repairs.
- Basic Awareness of Safety Practices
Course Outcomes:To provide participants with the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills required for assisting in routine preventive maintenance, and basic running repairs of Machines / Vehicles.
Opportunities:Entry-level positions candidates to work as Field Assistants with OEM’S / dealerships / Customers, providing them with a pathway to build a career in the automotive and construction machinery industry both in India and abroad

Course: Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery
Education Qualification:
- 10th- Pass /drop out students with 2 years of any field work experience.
- 12th Standard Pass/ dropout Fresher students.
Ages: 17 YEAR and Above
Duration: 2 Years (2400 Hours)
- Theory = 710 Hrs
- Practical =930 Hrs
- On Site Training: 750 Hrs.
Course Objective: To develop skills and upgrade the technical knowledge of students in the HEMM industry, ensuring they become competent professionals capable of meeting industry demands.
Course Outcome:
This qualification provides candidates with the necessary training to begin their careers as semi-skilled professionals in the Construction and Mining Equipment industry.
It equips them with foundational knowledge, hands-on experience, and industry-relevant expertise to support the growing need for skilled manpower in HEMM operations.
Opportunity:
To become an Assistant Mechanic, trained professional who supports senior technicians in performing maintenance and repairs on construction, mining, and road equipment and Crushing Plants.
They assist in troubleshooting faults during operations and help diagnose and rectify issues in hydraulic and electrical circuits, ensuring efficient machine performance.
