1. Advance Foundation Course (For Engineering Graduates)

Maintenance practice & Repairs of HEMM used in construction, road building, Stone & Mineral Crushing Machineries & Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Commencement dates:

June & Novemeber

Course Duration:

4 Months + 2 Month OJT.

Educational Qualification:

  • BE/Diploma Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic & Automobile)
  • I.TI. – Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mech /Auto Electrician / Fitter / Electrician.

Course Objective:

The course aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and vehicles commonly used in construction, road building, stone and mineral crushing, and heavy commercial applications. The key objectives of the course are:

  • Understand the Fundamentals of Heavy Machinery
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance Skills
  • Master Repair Techniques
  • Hands-On Practice with Tools and Equipment
  • Learn System-Specific Maintenance
  • Safety Awareness and Best Practices
  • Enhance Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
  • Promote Sustainable Practices
  • Job-Ready Practical Skills

Course Outcomes:

By the end of the course, participants will be well-prepared to efficiently maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy earth-moving machinery and heavy commercial vehicles, contributing to operational efficiency and reduced downtime in industrial applications.

Opportunities:

Job Role of Service Engineer with OEM and Dealership within India or Abroad. Expected deliverables of Field Basic Maintenance practices @ Skill Level 2.

2. Orientation Foundation program (For Non Engineer Graduates)

Maintenance practice & Repairs of HEMM used in construction, road building, Stone & Mineral Crushing Machineries & Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Commencement dates:

January &  August

Course Duration:

4 Months + 2 Month OJT

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduates : Bachelors of Arts / Commerce / Science

Course Objective:

This program prepares non-technical graduates to contribute effectively to the operation, maintenance, and repair of HEMM and heavy commercial vehicles, bridging the gap between non-technical backgrounds and technical job roles.

Opportunities:

Entry-level positions candidates to work as Field Assistants/Junior Parts Assistants /Junior Warranty Assistants, and Junior Service Advisors with leading OEMs and dealerships, providing them with a pathway to build a career in the automotive and construction machinery industry both in India and abroad.

3. Orientation Foundation program (Under Graduates/ITI)

Basic Maintenance practice & Running Repairs of HEMM Machinery / Heavy Commercial Vehicles

Commencement dates:

January, April, July, October

Course Duration:

6 Weeks

Educational Qualification:

  • I.T.I. – Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mech /Auto Electrician / Fitter / Electrician.
  • Diploma – Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical and Electronics / Mechatronics.

Course Objective:

The program is tailored to equip participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on skills in machine / truck technology,

  • Introduction to Vehicle/Machine  Concepts
  • Basic preventive System
  • Introduction to Drive line / Electrical / Hydraulic / Brake and Chassis system.
  • To Carry out basic running repairs.
  • Basic Awareness of Safety Practices

Course Outcome:

To provide participants with the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills required for assisting in routine preventive maintenance, and basic running repairs of Machines / Vehicle

Opportunities:
