Started as a division of Svenska Technologies in the year 2007, Svenska Institute of Technology is recognized as the only Institute dedicated to Skilling and Competency Development of undergraduates, freshers in Diploma and Engineering graduates, as well students from the trade practices from ITI across the Country in field of Maintenance Practices of Construction Equipment and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Our Institute student meets the requirement of Industry and are currently placed in dealerships of International Brands as well as with OEMs, and their product end users with brands such as Volvo, Tata Hitachi, Sany, Komatsu, Sandvik, JCB, Lui gong and others.

We offer courses to undergraduate and Trade Apprentice students for various Job Roles in the Industry, including that of Equipment Operators, for machines like Backhoe Loader, Excavator, Wheel Loader, Dozer, Luffing Crane, Tower Crane, Rough Terrain Crane and Crawler Crane.

Svenska Institute of Technology offers students the opportunity to build & establish their careers in one of the most tough and demanding industry of Construction Equipment in India and abroad.

The institute offers a wide range of courses meeting requirement of OEMs, Dealers as well as Customers who are the end users of equipment. The courses are designed to specific needs and are customized modules as per individual client expectations.

However, the student courses are designed keeping in mind the Generic need of the subject and thus suits the basic need of Products irrespective of the brands.

Our aim is to give youngsters the proper training followed with Coaching, to meet the challenges faced by the ever-evolving CE industry.

Promoter Story

Mangesh Vaidya, Managing Director of Svenska Group worked with Tata Group of Company, viz Hitachi Construction Machinery Company for 20 years and later invested 20 years as an entrepreneur in the role of Dealership Principal of Volvo Construction Equipment. He expanded the business to own a fleet of 40 machines and handled the rental division as well as a direct contracting company for earthmoving operation in Coal Mining.His 40 years’ experience in the field has equipped him with a cutting-edge perspective of the ground reality needs, both as what Dealership requirements are, and OEM’s expectations. On the other hand, being a fleet owner and head of contracting firm, the operational challenges of machine handling by operators, machine maintenance challenges and associated cost management has been a greatest learning opportunity.

His insight on the manpower and human resource as an ASSET with POSSIBILITIES is unique which has key understanding on how to ACQUIRE, TRAIN AND RETAIN the manpower.

Mr. Mangesh Vaidya

Mrs. Meeta Vaidya has been the Ideation Director in the institute, since its inception and has brought her rich experience of being a professor of Chemistry with various colleges in the past to create course conceptualization and implementation program.

Tanvi Vaidya Kate is the Director of Finance for the Svenska Institute of Technology. Her expertise stems from her pursuation of Charted Accountancy and her extensive work experience as the former CEO at Svenska Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a Volvo Dealership.
